The focus of my practice is to help those who are faced with anxiety, depression, or working through life changes. My approach to counseling is offering a safe space without judgment. I have had the pleasure of training in many therapeutic modalities that include, trauma focused, CBT, DBT, Emotional Intelligence, Play, and Art therapy. My therapeutic style is customized to the client, with the ultimate goal of assisting clients to achieve their best mental health. I often use an eclectic approach driven by Solution Focus Brief therapy.
