There are several therapy and coaching plans available. If you need more detailed information, please feel free to ask.

Insurances Accepted

This means that I will accept the contracted amount you will only be responsible for your "co-pay". I am "in network" with Cigna, Aetna, and Optum Health (United Healthcare, UMR, Oxford Health, Harvard Pilgrim, Allied Benefit, Meritain). This is subject to change, and benefits will be verified prior to establishing a new patient.

Out of Network

This means that you are financially responsible for the full fee, at the time of service. Fees may only be paid with a credit/debit card, or your HSA card. I will provide a "superbill" that you may file with your insurance provider, only available if you make a written request.

Fee Schedule

  • Psychotherapy - only in NC/SC

      • $125.00 - 50min, PRN as needed

  • Mental Health check-in

      • $ 50.00 - 30 minutes every other week for 12-16 weeks

  • Life Coaching

      • $125.00 - 50min, PRN as needed
